Each course is designed to equip you with the tools you need to effectively support the mental wellbeing and development of your students.

Designed for teachers by teachers and mental wellbeing experts, all the content and concepts have been tested in classrooms in the UK and beyond.

📘 ‘Time to RISE Up’ Book

Packed with practical strategies for supporting student mental health in schools, "Time to RISE Up" is a must-read for educators and policymakers.

This resource is invaluable for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of creating supportive and effective educational environments.

🧘 NEW RISE Up Staff Wellbeing Programmes

At Wymondham High Academy, under the expert leadership of Headteacher Chris Smith, we recently facilitated the first of three RISE Up staff wellbeing sessions, emphasising movement for mental wellbeing and the development of self-care toolkits.

This initiative is designed to help educators return to homeostasis, expand their window of tolerance, and enhance overall wellbeing.

These practical sessions are complemented by access to our new online RISE Up course, developed over Christmas, which provides further guidance on creating personalised self-care toolkits.

This engagement is part of a comprehensive staff wellbeing programme developed in collaboration with Feel Good Norfolk, featuring supervision, strategies to overcome burnout, and nature connection workshops.

Do get in touch if you would like more information on this programme.

🎤 In-Person Speaking Events

Join us at various in-person events where our experts, including myself, will speak on vital topics impacting education today. Upcoming events in chronological order include:

  • PHASE Shanghai, China - 19th & 20th April: Neil will be presenting on 'Optimising Performance: The 5 C’s to Beyond The Game', a polyvagal-informed bespoke programme developed in collaboration with The Alice Smith School.
