PE Insights Inspiration

Kate Reynolds, the brilliant PE subject leader at Belvedere Academy, was recently invited to be a guest on the fantastic PE Insights podcast with Nathan Walker.

Kate’s passion for PE and Trauma Informed Practice to create great outcomes, shines through in the episode, as she talks through her journey for creating psychological safety and teaching the link between physical activity and mental wellbeing for her young people.

Here at Future Action, we have loved partnering with Kate and her team on their journey as part of the Liverpool RISE Up programme.

Kate shows what can be achieved when brilliant teachers commit to transforming the life chances of their young people.
